Notes from the studio
Your first visit to High Vibing Health: a simple planning guide
A little planning can make your first studio visit feel easier. Whether you are curious about a Harmonic Egg session, infrared sauna, or a class, start with the experience you want to explore and the questions you would like answered.
Start with a conversation
You do not need to know every service before reaching out. Tell us which experience interests you, ask what the appointment involves, and confirm the available options. The FAQ page covers location, listed session lengths, hours, and how to contact the studio.
Confirm the details before purchasing
Individual sessions, multi-session packages, and monthly options serve different needs. Ask what your purchase includes, how scheduling works, and which renewal or cancellation terms apply. If you already have a package, have those details ready when arranging your appointment.
Set aside time for your visit
Our listed Harmonic Egg session lasts 50 minutes, and infrared sauna sessions are listed as 30–45 minutes. Confirm your appointment time with the studio and ask about any preparation before you arrive.
